Following the Western calendar on October 12, 2019 (Sept 14, Chinese Calendar) Zhineng Qigong Master Cao Hefang, one of the three founders of the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Science Training Center, left his life peacefully and joyfully surrounded by his family members.

On Nov 1st 1988 together with Prof. Pang and Master Feng, they set up the Hebei Shijiazhuang Zhineng Qigong College. Master Cao was the oldest of the three, being 12 years older than Prof. Pang and Master Feng. The Zhineng Qigong community lovingly referred to them as the “Three Dragons”.

In November 1991 they moved the Center to Hebei Qinhuandao and changed the name to the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Training Center. The Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Healing and Research Center was also located there. While the location continued to change over the years, the Center treated more than 380,000 patients with more than 180 different diseases and achieved an overall success rate of 95%. The use of Qi had also been scientifically proven and documented to be effective in treating patients with various diseases.

Dragon Master Cao contributed massively to the success of this new Qi Medicine enterprise, which became known in the West as the first “medicine-less” hospital of the world. He was an ambassador for the art & science of the vital energy Qi healing and became well known for his Fa Qi abilities for people suffering from bone fractures. In many public occasions he has shared his skills and paranormal abilities by supporting the healing of broken bones within minutes.

Also for Master Yuantong Liu he became a great mentor and friend. When Yuantong Liu started to share Zhineng Qigong with people from the West he often received a phone call from Master Cao sharing great advice, ideas and inspiration. He was so excited that Zhineng Qigong was now spreading to even more people around the world.

During the time of the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Science Training Center they both shared a beautiful experience. Prior to building up the first Zhineng Qigong City in 1996, together with 150 Zhineng Qigong practitioners from Fengtai district of Beijing, Master Yuantong Liu visited the city of Shun Yi district of Beijing where the new center was supposed to be built. At that time there was only a small Zhineng Qigong practitioner group, so the local teacher greeted them only with 30 students.

In a few days Master Cao would arrive to hold a speech so this had to change. How to create a larger impact in such a short time? The local teacher was very creative: she arranged a car with a loudspeaker and drove through the city the whole day letting people know about the possibility to get a glimpse into the power and beauty of Zhineng Qigong. The next day, already over 100 people attended the Zhineng Qigong practice and healing demonstrations. Master Yuantong Liu and the other Zhineng Qigong teacher facilitated wonderful healings among them supporting a deaf child and women to be able to hear again.

On the day that Master Cao arrived the group of participants had grown to over 700 people – everybody was so excited to be able to meet such a high level Master with paranormal abilities mastering the art of supporting others to heal. Also on this day, after his speech, he gave a demonstration and helped – among others – one man to recover from a fractured arm within minutes. While on stage with Master Cao the man could take off the plaster, which surrounded his arm and after one encouraging “Hao-la” he could even lift up a heavy object. Needless to say, the man was happy about this super, fast recovery.

After the Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Science Training Center closed in 2001, Prof. Pang and Master Cao didn’t see each other again until one month before Master Cao left his life.

Master Ma from Beijing heard about Master Cao being in hospital and his deep wish to see Prof. Pang one more time before it was too late. When Master Ma visited Prof. Pang and shared this wish with him, Prof. Pang immediately agreed to visit Master Cao.

So on Sept 12, 2019, Prof. Pang visited him together with Master Ma and his wife. During his visit he wrote the following poem for him:

Poem of Prof. Pang for Master Cao Hefang

10 years of being colleagues together waved away in an instant

Although we parted 20 years ago, our heart and mind are always connected

Now sitting close together talking about both of our life histories

Three times you took charge valorously of the sharp sword company

Fighting in three northern locations was really heroic

Helping the war to resist U.S. aggression and aiding Korea crossing this dangerous pass

Advanced in years, dedicating your work to the enterprise of Zhineng Qigong Science

Serving human beings firmly with your true heart’s love

Prof. Pang Ming

September 14, 2019

Prof Pang gave this poem to Master Cao. When others saw the date, they pointed out: “Prof Pang, you have made a mistake, today is September 12.“ But Prof. Pang kept quiet.

On October 12, 2019 (Sept 14, Chinese Calendar) Zhineng Qigong Master Cao Hefang, one of the three founders of the Zhineng Qigong Science Hua Xia Training Center left his life, peacefully and joyfully surrounded by his family members.

The date on the poem showed that Prof. Peng had received already this information when he visited Master Cao in the hospital.

On October 12, 2019, the new translation of Prof. Pang’s book, “The overview of Zhineng Qigong Science” was published on Amazon, making this meaningful content available to Zhineng Qigong practitioners around the world.

It is as if his last message would be this one: “Do not worry about me. Do not be sad. My work on earth was meaningful and successful. It is completed and the value of Zhineng Qigong Science lives on. This is eternal.”
