True mindfulness awakens clarity of mind;
From clarity, the spirit rests in peace and light.
Stepping onto the path of enlightenment,
Heart and mind become serene and divine.
In time, enlightenment naturally arrives.
Then, unbound and free,
I roam throughout the vast universe.
