This retreat will focus on Zhineng Qigong science, theory, practice and self-healing. Fundamentals of Hun Yuan Qi Therapy will be introduced to foster self-healthcare (prevention, healing and wellbeing). This will induce further opening of heart and mind, expanding our consciousness and allowing us to use this new information positively in our daily life.

Qi FastNourish is a holistic health approach to restore energy and effectively improve one’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It is a combination of fasting and nourishing based on the science and methods of Zhineng Qigong.

While receiving individual guidance of Master Yuantong Liu for your special, dedicated and personal practice plan and schedule, you will develop your own virtue and increase your Kongfu level. This training course is aimed at advanced Zhineng Qigong students who have practiced at least for one year.

Master Yuantong Liu and his team of international Hunyuan Qi therapists will provide effective health practices to assist participants in activating their self-health care management skills and self-healing powers. This is a 5 day health retreat primarily but not exclusively aimed at people who suffer from serious or chronic diseases. Both beginners and advanced students are welcome.
