Whether you would like to avoid getting COVID, you are recovering, or you are dealing with the long term effects, this event will explore techniques to aid in developing the resilience your body needs to deal with this virus and aid, if necessary, in recovery.

Practices will include:

  • Chen Qi
  • La Qi
  • Open/Close with shoulder blades
  • Chanting with kidney sounds

Dates:  November 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9

Times:  7pm-9pm Eastern Time each session
