He is the author of the book Ancient Chinese Qi Medicine\, which reveals the effects of Qi on the body and our emtional and mental states. \nIn China in the nineties\, there was a medicineless hospital\, the Huaxia Center\, where regular Qigong practice and a positive way of thinking accelerated the regeneration process and achieved enviable results. Master Yuantong Liu has worked at Huaxia Center for 10 years and will share with you the basic methods of Zhineng Qigong that have helped many overcome pain\, illness and emotional challenges such as: hernias\, inflammation\, cysts\, tumors\, autoimmune diseases\, depression\, anxiety\,… \nJoin us for a 4-day in-depth workshop that will introduce you to the fundamental practices of Zhineng Qigong Level 1. The workshop will guide you through the basic movements and principles of the Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down method (also known as La Qi)\, the La Qi and Chen Qi methods. \nThis workshop is great for both beginners and experienced practitioners\, as it offers a comprehensive overview of the Level 1 methods of Zhineng Qigong. \nDeepening\, precision\, corrections and direct transfer of knowledge from the visiting Master.
