2. Effective Use of the Three Qualities of Qi-Medicine for Self-Healthcare Management
   Learn to harness Qi-medicine to optimize health, enhance vitality, and support your self- healing process. Gain practical tools to integrate Qi-based healing into daily life.
3. QiCore Improvement Method and Training (Level 1-3)
   A specialized Zhineng Qigong practice designed to strengthen the core muscles, spine, and internal organs while cultivating Hun Yuan Qi for overall well-being. It integrates gentle yet powerful movements, breath regulation, and mental focus to activate self-healing.
4. True-Self Awakening Training
   Deepen self-awareness and reconnect with your authentic nature. This training fosters clarity, emotional balance, and heightened Qi sensitivity to align with your higher potential.
